As a retired physician, Tina McInnes has a broad understanding of the determinants of health and the impact of chronic disease. She has turned her life’s work toward the improvement of individual and public health as a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer who combines her unique expertise and professionalism to work with individuals, families, communities and corporate groups to improve their overall health through physical activity, better nutrition and mindset coaching.
